Exchange at Boulevard One Retail Updates
The Met at Boulevard One has been eagerly anticipating details on what stores and restaurants will fill the spaces within the retail center at The Exchange at Boulevard One. This is a mixed-use development in the northwest corner of East Lowry Boulevard and Quebec Street and it just so happens to be our newest neighbor. With the Exchange being a brief walking distance and drive from The Met, we were anxious to find out more about this retail center. Well, the time has come, and we now have some definitive answers. There will be a variety of restaurants, retail space, and office space at The Exchange. There will also be a yoga studio, and a 30,000 square foot Target. The Exchange also has plans for a specialty grocery store that will tailor their products to the residents of Boulevard One. As construction is nearing close to an end at the Exchange, be sure to stay tuned for further details and updates. Expected completion of The Exchange and retail openings to happen throughout 2021.
